(blanks are $1.60 ea. under 500; $1.50 for 500-1,000) Set-ups for the SLAP & WRAP KOOZIES are $51 each color and a .30 running charge for each additional color under 500. 500 units and above the set-up drops to $40 set-up per color. Art for the SLAP and WRAPS (SLAPKoozies) in spot colors is 2.5" x 7". If you want the SLAP & WRAPS (SLAPKoozies) in a 4 color process, the art size is 3" x 8.5". Set-up for a 4 CP on the SLAP and WRAPS (SLAPKoozies) is $95. The art for 4 color should be in an EPS Format; the art in the spot colors in a vector art format, adobe illustrator or CorelDRAW, (PC).
